Testing Power Transformer up to 500MVA, Generator Transformer in highly inductive environment is difficult. Key to any plant or substation, failure of GT / Power transformer is considered to be the biggest loss due to its cost & time of replacement. Insulator Tester is a revolutionary instrument capable of determining the condition of all types of insulator strings, including critical suspension insulators, and making a determination if it is safe for live-line transmission work on AC transmission power lines of 69 kV to 1,000 kV.
